Could you tell me how much do I want to pay if I want to register a Limited Company (include all the fee to Government and Company Registry)?

If you are Hong Kong resident, and this is your first time incorporate company, we charge you HK$1 + Government Fee, which totally HK$1971.

Be remind that, on 1st APR 2014, Government Fee will become HK$3970. Therefore, on Apr and after price will be HK$3971, which means you need to pay HK$2000 more.

On the safe side you better submit your application by 25 Mar 2014, this save you HK$2000.
